Whether she was trying to cover for an employee or not, is no excuse for the way this agent has treated a customer of 25 years. I have moved my accounts to the agent in Staunton as the office in Benld does not have the integrity to handle any claims moving forward. If you are looking for a state farm agent there are plenty in the area that can service you without additional hassle and will help you accomplish you're goals. Do not get insurance with this agent.... you're just causing yourself more pain. Find a more reputable state farm agent to handle your account. If you need any more information about the way this agent and her employees have mishandled my accounts please reach out. This agent and her employees should no longer be in business with their shady tactics. Bev inparticular dropped the ball on our policy and should no longer be employed as a state farm agent."

"My parked car (a 2021)was backed into by someone insured by this Statefarm. Instead of replacing my bumper they paid the auto body shop to PAINT over the damage and it's still partly visible because it's CRACKED! Called the number for the claim rep and was told they won't do anything about it because that's what they approved. Auto body shop gave an estimate and Statefarm gave HALF of what the estimate was for and apparently didn't send out anyone to look at the car just decided to go off pictures."
